On April 12, 2025, Makerere University Business School held the First Alumni Annual General Meeting and elections for the Alumni Executive Committee at the MUBS Main Campus Nakawa. In the meeting, members were given an over view of the Association, its activities and a report presented.
In furtherance to the Annual General Meeting, elections for the Alumni Executive Committee were held. Among the posts contested for included; Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Publicity Secretary, General Secretary, Secretary for Women among others. Makerere University Business School has over 100,000 Alumni nationally and others in the diaspora. The aim is to increase Alumni engagement, unity and support for one another in the different spheres.
